I would like to give Ms. Shalonda.A 100-star review. when it’s came to us looking for a place, we scheduled an appointment with her. When we gotten on the property she was welcoming and so professional. She Took us on a tour to see the unit we were interested in she answered all of our questions professional and when it’s came to the criteria for the unit, she told everything we need to know plus more. She definitely went above and beyond our expectations. We applied for the unit and gotten approval in between everything she is a great communicator and so professional. If had questions or concerns she was more than willing to answer without any problem. She definitely is a manager that definitely goes above the call of duty to get anything done. So, if you're looking in the area of greenfield come to greenfield estate you will not disappoint.

We really enjoyed our experience at Greenfield Estates. Ms Shalonda the manager was very welcoming and very professional. She greeted us with a smile and took us on a tour. She showed us the unit and answered all our questions that we had for her.

If I could give no star I would but I could not
The new management is very very bad and rude I applied for an apartment and at the beginning the Manager said yes and everything was ok but then she call me in the afternoon and tells me you were not accepted for a reason and I tried to find a soultion with she did not want anything I tried to talk to somebody above her she did not let me and she was very very rude
I don’t recommend them at all
