Dan is not only helpful, but honest. Greenlefe has repaired our Espresso Machine which was left in storage then moved to a new location, that says it all. He helped out tremendously by repairing an old grinder overnight!. We were up and running in ONE Day with the parts and repairs required. On time, communicative and honest. Really appreciate that someone answers the phone there. Even when they are clearly busy. Highly Recommend for your business or home professional needs. They have back up equipment to lease also. BIG PLUS!

Great to work with! Left my machine in the cold and it frozen. Luckily not major damage and they were able to fix it like new! Definatly using them in the future! Very commutative and easy to talk to!

Very disappointed in this service company as we have called multiple times for the past few months trying to get our machine serviced. Every time we call, Dan or Jared both tell us that they can’t even find time in their schedule to come and help us out. This has been the same response for awhile now. It’s frustrating to hear that they say they will call us back to get us scheduled but never do. This has happened now plenty of times to the point that I feel it’s necessary to leave a review. Seems like they pick and choose who they want to work with even though we have not done anything wrong?! Just need help with our machine ): I’m sure they do great work and definitely can be busy but it’s not fair to push certain people to the side or not even help service their machine/: I do not recommend this company in regards to their unprofessional customer service and disregard to a customers need. It’s not fair to be lied to saying that you will call back but never do. What sucks even more is that this company had been servicing the stand that we took over and bought but now since we (the new owners) are there, they all of the sudden don’t want to service our machine. Very upset and frustrated. Please don’t be fake towards your customers and do better !

Our La Pavoni single stage was acting up and we'd just taken it to a different repair shop and spent money yet the machine wasn't fixed. Dan at Greenlefe was helpful, took in our machine on Friday, repaired the numerous problems and had it ready Monday - a holiday - for a great price. Solid repair service, very professional, I'm fully satisfied and glad I found Greenlefe Cafe Services.
