Awesome company to rent through. During the years they have shown great communication, and you can tell that they value their tenants. If/ when and issue would arise they would fix the problem right away. Taylor is fantastic to work with and has been nothing but kind to us.

After renting through abode these guys were such a relief! Any maintenance issues that needed to be handled were handled quickly and even though there was some floor damage at the end of my lease, they gave me my ENTIRE security deposit. If you’re a good tenant they will love you!! Taylor is the best property manager I’ve ever met, she’s super nice and understanding. If you go to her she will hook you up!! Thanks greenpoint!

Where do I start with this place. The reviews are correct you will not get the full amount for your rent deposit. They will charge you a cleaning fee regardless even if you leave the place cleaner than you received it. I have lived in multiple states many different rental properties and this is the first one to not give me my full amount. You will be charged a painting fee even if you didn’t hang a nail on the wall. This location does not walk with you at the end of the agreement they will just send you a letter on the cost of the items and the fees. This is a great way to charge individual full amounts because there is no way to argue the charges. If you’re lucky you will receive your security couple months after the lease agreement. If you are allowed to pick up the letter or check in office make sure to do that. We received our letter a couple months after we had moved. We moved down the street of rental property. I have received security deposit faster from across the country than from Green point properties. The communication from the property manger will be between 24-48 hours. She is the only property manger for the business 600 tenants. While you are living there they will fix issues quickly but the issue arises when you are ready to move on from Green point, I would not recommend this organization just due to the way they conducted themselves towards the end of the agreement. Make sure if they promises anything or any deductions off the security deposit that it is in writing because if it’s not in writing the organization will not hold their word and agreement.

HANDS DOWN everything has been a great experience! The apartments are well mantained, if a problem arises they are very quick to rectify the situation. Updated interiors and a huge outdoor area. The apartments are very roomy! Upon moving in they made sure to have everything clean and replaced after damage was done prior to my move in. All they ask is just be respectful and on time with your rent.

We moved into the properties on Sunshine Circle last year, we actually moved into it without ever physically viewing it and only seeing it briefly via video chat. It ended up being more than we expected. It was a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in a corner space of the building, we had wooded views on all sides and access to a small community pavilion. All the rooms were huge, bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. During our time here we welcomed the birth of our first daughter and this apartment will always have a special place in our hearts. The other tenants were very friendly with the cutest pets. We had read some pretty bad reviews online before moving in and pretty much came to terms that we wouldn’t get a security deposit back, because that’s what all the reviews stated, but that doesn’t stop us from giving this place and company a 5 star review. Taylor (Greenpoint manager) has personally helped me carry groceries in when she saw me struggling with a load of groceries and my baby. They were very accommodating during the moving out process as we found a larger space to move into. 10/10 recommend renting through Greenpoint and the properties on Sunshine Circle in Chippewa Falls!

I lived in the Grandview apartments on Keystone Xing. The apartment overall was very nice. Updated appliances, washer and dryer in unit, spacious bedroom. The apartments in general are small, and at a high price point. I have two complaints- 1) The garage below has no system. Every single time it would snow or storm, I could not find a spot in the garage despite being a part of my rent and a reason I chose this building. When I brought this up they said there was going to be a system put in place very soon. Months went by, and by the time I left there still was nothing. My second complaint is the grounds keeper that lives on property. She has a key to every apartment and is very "mother hen." She seems nice enough, but my friend that lives in the building warned me about her being overbearing and she was right. She over explains how to use the lock system of the door, and multiple times has lectured me about something in the garage that I've had nothing to do with. (one time someone had a leaky garbage bag, but I heard all about it on my way to my car.) Before I could even get my first box in the apartment she was telling me how if I burned something on the stove not to waft it into the hallway of the building. When you live in a "Luxury" building with all adults it's a weird dynamic to have.
I also have to agree that they will find reasons to keep parts of your security deposit that are a stretch. I've never had a building keep any of my deposit until this one.
The property manager (Taylor) was always helpful, responsive, and polite. I'm sure she is super busy, and she always responded within a reasonable time frame. I would rent from this management company again, but would not stay in these apartments given the grounds keeper.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Greenpoint! My room mate and I were desperate to find a place, and due to a prior circumstance, we were having a hard time finding a place to live. Greenpoint was willing to help us out and gave us a 6 month lease beforehand to allow us to prove ourselves. Any maintenance request we have, they respond immediately and promptly. They were doing a few repairs on the place before we moved in, and installed brand new fans and the cleaning job was spotless! A few place I've rented before I've had to have cleaning crews come in and reclean the place because it was nasty. I truly appreciate Greenpoint giving us a chance. They care about their tenants and will do everything they can to make your living situation easier!

This is one of the worst Rental Companies. I do not recommend. Even if you have responsibly found a way to pay for your rent, they steal it from your account anyways. I am legally bounded to my own contract, to pay my own rent, yet they have me paying for someone else’s rent, just because my account was on file. This is theft. Terrible Terrible rental agency. 0/5 stars if I could. Do not sign with them.

Update: No, they refused to give me my rent back. When signing they did not mention that, they told me that I was only responsible for my subleasor, they try and get you with the phrasing of their words in the contract. Until situation was brought up, you wouldn’t think of it that way. Yes I set up my auto pay, yes, I dorgot to cancel ot, but they refused to refund my account. If my autopay would’ve been deleted, they would have had to found their own way to get their money, they just pinned it on me because they are too lazy to do it themselves. As well as hanging up on me over the phone, TWICE. Disrespectful and rude. They only care about the money, I read some other reviews and they’re also going to probably try and use our security deposits for stupid reasons, and things that we did not do, but pin the previous damage to the apartment on us, that was there before moving in. ALSO, my whole house (besides basement) had a terrible bug infestation in the winter. Definetly do not recommend. Do not sign with them. They keep terrible weeds, and it looked digusting until I unweeded it myself. Lazy agency.
