This place has cockroaches. I put a hold on a unit, living across the state. When I arrived I was shown the neighboring unit because mine wasn't quite ready yet, so that I could get an idea of the space and I saw a cockroach on the counter they are now fighting to give me the $500 hold back. DO NOT RENT HERE! I will be filing small claims, contacting a lawyer and reporting to Everett Housing Authority. Save your money and peace of mine it's not worth it , many other apartments within a radius of Casino Rd also report cockroaches in their reviews. I am now living out of a hotel and starting my first day of work with nowhere to officially live with peace of mind. Thanks

We moved into these apartments quick, we had to be out of our last home quickly, so we decided to move here. The apartment we got into, has a BAD roach infestation. The office hired someone to "Treat" the apartment, but of course it didn't work, & that's because the whole building has them. The roaches came back a week after they "treat" the apartment, even worse and even bigger. Our neighbors moved out, and before they left, we asked them if they had them? They said "Oh yeah, bad and for a couple years." So this isn't just a "1 treatment, and they're gone" type of deal. Everyone needs to be placed in hotels, and they need to treat the whole building. I'm sure there's more buildings that have them besides the 5 Building.

The office will literally charge you for anything they possibly can, you would think the money is going straight to their pockets. Like all of the other review say, the manager, Jamie is a nightmare. She's rude and needs to learn people skills. She was always singling out my child, whom is mixed race. She's a.. "my sister is black, I can't be racist." You know, one of those.

Let's not talk about the water and sewer bill. Almost all of the 12 months, my bill was $140.00 for 1 adult and 3 kids. Except 3x when it wasn't, they hiked the bill up to $450.00. Which is insane, the first time I let it go and paid it, because it was only my 2nd month living there. Until it happened again, and I realized they are over charging me. I said something and they "adjusted" the bill for me. Then come to find out, my toilet broke like 4x and the water would run all day, because the nob was broke, so they were again over charging me. I had to put in 3 work orders for the toilet. My kitchen light, (the long ones with the 3ft bulbs,) went out my last 3 months living there, and it took them 2 months to get in and fix it, after putting in 2 work orders. With that light out alone, it makes the apartment dark. It's the only light in the apartment besides the bathrooms. And what happens when you turn the light out with roaches? They come out!!!! NASTY man.

I reported these apartments to the health department, so hopefully something is done, for the poor residents. The trash piles up, and residents leave their trash bags all around the ground near the trash, with diapers out and exposed.

These apartments are terrible, and they need new management. There is 1 lady that works there in the office that is helpful, Ellen. She actually was nice, and showed empathy. Anyone else, dump them.

wow!!! went to view a apartment yesterday and the minute the front door was opened cockroaches ran and hid! i refused to even enter! trash all over the outside. at this point burn these down way to many roaches to be treated!

Lived here for just about a year and I've never lived in a worst place. We've had to call the cops multiple times because of transients and residents doing drugs in the woods behind the apartment complex. The office managers literally just say, "Sorry". This is the only thing they can do, apologize.

The most recent incident is with the new office manager, Jamie. We received a notice on our door saying the office needs to come in and do apartment checks. Cool, totally fine with us. But, on the day of the checks they knock on our door during my kids nap time. We told them, they can come in but our children are sleeping, if they need to check their rooms, they'll need to come back at another time. Jamie said nope, that's not how this works and too bad. We said fine, you can't come in till they wake up. So, she's writing us a 30 day. Not sure exactly why we need to be threatened with an eviction when we are probably the few residents that actually pay rent on time. Shes such a pleasure to work with.

I'm being sarcastic, she's terrible.

No one picks up their dogs poop. No one does anything about it when you complain. No one does anything here. I would not move here if you have any other options. Besides rent being cheap, this place is absolutely terrible. The office will complain about your broom being on your porch, even though bottom floor residents need to sweep every day, but won't sat anything about the needles found throughout the complex. They don't mind having multiple evictions a month and their belonging put out into the parking lot. But they do mind if your brooms on your porch.

Priorities are not Priorities here. Cops and fire department are always here, too.

I had to write this. After giving a 48 hr notice to enter this wk, these individuals were like roaches scattering and taking stuff out of their Apt for 3 days and counting and shoving the bags, bags and bags and stuff in a van that they have parked in the same place for over 3 weeks. All those people coming out of a 2-bedroom apt. like 15+ do the office even care nope, cause what these individuals say is not the truth. They are getting ready when they come in, they will only see for people they rented for not all those people. They sure not vacationing for about 1 year or visiting. They all live there, I did tell office, but Jamie didn't care. They do violate, tenants' rights. I asked for new rugs after so many years here. Guess what I was told by Jamie I needed to move out, then they replace the rugs. Every time you have concerns Jamie threatens you and violates tenants' rights. Well, that's not new for her. She is rude as can be. What a property manager, right?

I wish I could give no stars. This is by far the WORST place I’ve ever lived. Not because of the apartments themselves because I actually quite liked them, but because of the management. The are uneducated in landlord tenant laws, try to break as many of those laws you allow them to so be careful. Make sure you read up on laws themselves and know your rights. I’m sure not many do and don’t stand up to their unfair treatment.

It's roachville here. Shoddy maintenance leads to giving pests entry. Pipes, which leak, under the sink aren't sealed, and lots of rotten wood and unsealed crevices.
It's managed by a spoiled rich brat, driving around the latest electric Nissan. Acts like she's better than everyone else around here, and loves the chance to rip off the residents by blaming pest control and maintenance problems on them.
If this is all you can afford, I wish you luck.

First off the people in the office especially Kassie she has been great explaining things and helping when things dont go as planned. The maintenance people were fast and clean getting things fixed in my apartment. I love living here people our great who work here I would definitely recommend these apartments
