She has a genuine care for the prospective homeowner. While on a trip from Amelia County to the Shenandoah, I made a call to stop in and take a tour at the Creek Wood Villas in Waynesboro. Ashleigh took my call and gave us a tour before closing. I was satisfied with the location, neighborhood layout, time frame, and the price point. The next day I decided to buy the Bayberry. Ashleigh was instrumental in this part of my decision making, and is a credit to the Creekwood Village mission. Also, Benton, Angie, Colleen, and Emma were flawless and very informative in the process of designing the home and serting up financing. There was never a moment where they were unavailable to answer any questions I had. I give five stars to the whole team.
