I cannot recommend the Gregory team more highly.

We were new to property management with my mother-in-law's condo a few years ago. She was frustrated and ready to sell her most valuable asset.

The Gregory folks got a well qualified tenant into the unit at a market rent that more than covered their very reasonable cost. They've always been highly responsive. I appreciate that they're patient with a lady who can be persnickety. And they have gone above and beyond for us in a couple of cases where we had water damage and hassles with our HOA.

Gregory Property Management has really made ownership a breeze. We are very satisfied clients.

What a terrible company. I paid my $55 application fee, sent my pay statements, and more than met the requirements. The rental manager called me about a move in date. I said would I'd like to move in before New Years Eve (afterall, the advertisement said the property was available immediately) but she said the house still needed to be cleaned so move in could not be until Jan 10. I said okay because my birthday will be on Jan xx. She also told me they didn't get a photo of my ID (although I uploaded it along with the pay statements) so I emailed her another copy per her instructions. I waited to hear back, then in the evening I got an email from her assistant, informing me that they withdrew my appplication. The next day, I called them to ask why, and they said they called me but couldn't get a hold of me so they leased the house to someone else. REALLY?! If they sincerely tried to get hold of me, they could've done it just like they did on the same day when they emailed about withdrawing my application. Scam. The $55 is nonrefundable. Scam. Scam. Bad. Unreliable. Liars. This is very upsetting 😡. I guess a company like that can collect many $55 from every applicant, and then make up any excuse even if you were qualified.
I was planning to hire them to rent out the condo i own after I've moved to the rental house. Now I know I won't hire such an irresponsible company. Their loss.

The team at Gregory Property has been great. They're extremely responsive, clear and positive, and take care of everything. It makes keeping a property and renting it a good investment, not a bother of any sort. Gregory property management was a great company to rent with! I rented a home from them for 2 years, we would have stayed longer but needed to move closer to Seattle. We LOVED the house and required minimal repairs/assistance from the property management. When things did break, they were quick to help! Our washer died right after i had my baby, Joe knew we couldn’t go long without a washing machine and new baby and had a brand new washer delivered 2 days later. Super appreciative and grateful for this team!!

We are renters and have been so pleased with Gregory property. You never know what your going to get renting from someone, some landlords or property management companies can be nightmares. Gregory property is always so quick and responsive to any maintenance issues. Everyone is so kind and we don't dread them coming by to check on things because they're always friendly. We have been so surprisingly pleased with everything that since we need a larger place we're only looking for one that they manage.

Gregory and our property manager Joe have been great to work with, and their maintenance team has certainly saved us time and money. They found us a great tenant about 9 months ago, and it's been smooth sailing since.
I docked a point because we've had to send a couple of reminders including one to list our house nearly two weeks after it was ready, but to be fair, this was during a time of management transition at GPM.
Overall, we are pleased with their service and the value they provide.
