He closed the sale of our home within about 35 days from when it was listed. Griffin Group Real Estate was incredible! They help make your dreams come true! No Joke! Our relator, Jay, literally came over on our first appointment with a truck full of nice boxes and put them in our garage and said- that's step 1- tools you need to prepare for the move! Then, he gave us some homework and tips of what to do with the house. My husband was outside putting out new mulch in the front yard and Jay immediately started to help him! He was in the bushes pulling weeds and laying mulch and just hanging out!?!? That made such an impression on us! THEN... when it was time for pictures I was having a hard time making the shower glass to come clean and he literally went out to his truck and came back with a miracle spray and started spraying and wiping with me! I am not even kidding- it looked brand new! AND...we had hiccups along the way- changes to the buyers loans and Jay took care of everything and made it so easy for us. At the end, we realized it could have impacted the sale of the house and when I asked Jay- why didn't you tell us- he said, that's my job- I take on the worry and the stress and move obstacles- you focus on moving- that's stressful enough and on finding your new dream home- the good stuff. He made everything so easy. Every document we had to sign- he called and explained it to us. He made it a non-event. And at closing, he handed us a card with a small gift that said... here is to your dream home...thank you for letting me be a part of it! We have sold/bought many house but this experience was very different- refreshing and exciting. We would definitely recommend Jay and Griffin Group Real Estate. Good and honest people with a passion for what they do. They literally help dreams come true.

My first-time home buying process was definitely a journey for the books in this crazy market, but Jay went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was extremely patient throughout the process, communicated thoroughly to all parties involved and was only a text or call away when needed, made sure that I wasn't just settling, and went through every detail with a fine-tooth comb. You could tell that he wasn't just trying to make a sale. We got a house with jay in 2019.I have to say he “found” me since 2018.I made a one little request on Zillow,got him called me in 10mins.took us almost a year to find what we want.but I have to say one of the key of finding your dream home is to have a resourceful agent.and jay is one of them.he gave us house infos as soon as he got his hands on it.most of the time before it go alive on the market.especially right now you need to fight to get a house.and he ever mind to take you to look at a house during the weekend.very nice and patient.never rush you to make any decision.and he is also a someone that you can let your frustrations out and he always listen.very hardworking man and lovely person.thank you jay
