Groome Brothers Realty has been by far the most professional company that I have ever rented from. The communication and the customer service is top tier. Lisa and Carl along with the whole team are amazing. I never had any issues and if there was anything that needed to be fixed, it was taken care of promptly! If you’re looking for a property to rent, I recommend you start with Groome Bros. They are the best realty company to rent from.

Updated 2/2021: This company has allowed landlords to raise rent amidst one of the worst pandemics and unemployment rates of our time. Nevermind that many of us are already dealing with sick loved ones and hospital costs and some unfortunately are dealing with funeral costs while praying we aren't next to lose our jobs (many already have). You would think they were ethical and compassionate enough to hold off on increases until a later time. I no longer recommend rental properties through Groome Brothers. Find a more ethical company who "appreciates" paying tenants through a pandemic instead of trying to "exploit" them!!!!

Very disappointed in the quality of professionalism. We asked to extend our lease by a month and they denied, would only do it six months. We should have never agreed because we sent them SO many people to take over the lease, they denied every single person. Charged us $500 to move out early and wouldn’t even accept an application until paid. Then still charged us two months rent even though someone moved in the second month. They mailed the late rent payment to my old address even though my mail was being forwarded I never received it along with $240 in late payments.

Showed me a house that was already rented out. I called to go forward with it.... It already had a deposit on it. Out of 50 dollars. Sadly I won't call the again... they said they had other rentals coming and would call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. The guy that showed me the house had the personality of a rock. Overall experience. Horrible. I felt taken advantage of.

Did a application 60$ before I even got a phone call back the property was taking off market what a waste of 60$ and no phone to even tell me if I was approved or denied smh

I've been renting for 2 years the staff has been very compassionate and caring especially through the pandemic. They respond quickly anytime I have a concern or have a request. No complaints.

I Loved the house I rented. However, dealing with the landlord and owners was a horrible experience. Think twice before renting thru them. Very picky and unreasonable. Took a lot of energy to deal with. I wont be using Groome Bros ever again.
