My crew (Anthony, Mike, Jordan, and Johnathan) were great! They were courteous, efficient, communicative, and accomplished the big project incredibly quickly (I was expected a week, and it took less than two days). I appreciated them explaining some of the underlying electrical issues that we need to address, too.

Absolutely amazing transformation of our sunken slabs of sidewalk and steps! Everything has been perfectly leveled and Danila is a master at his craft. Valeri also worked efficiently and carefully through the whole process. We had a very complex section of broken concrete steps, landing and walkway that was a continuous pour up against the side of our garage. They were able to effortlessly level a 3 foot thick landing section of concrete that was 5 feet wide with steps down to an 18 inch thick connected walkway that was also 5 feet wide and 6 feet long. Truly incredible! Also, everyone connected to the company were very professional and very meticulous, from the receptionist to the estimator to the workers and communication was excellent through the whole process. We could not be happier with our results and they are highly, highly recommended!

Exceptional service across the board! Josh Gray did a thorough site visit to ensure all our problems were addressed. Our contractors, Anthony and his crew, Jordan, Michael, & Charles, were always professional, courtesy and did a great job installing and explaining our new system. They instilled great confidence our foundation problems have been resolved. Highly recommend this team!

Mel Darling inspected the foundation of our house and carefully explained the issues she found. She was very thorough, and very good at explaining the technical details of what it would take to stabilize the foundation. Because we are planning to sell the house, she worked with us to find options that would make sense for our situation. She was great to work with and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the company, and especially Mel as a project manager.

In January '25 we had Anthony (foreman), Richard, and Ty do an amazing job with our crawlspace encapsulation. It was a bumpy road and this crew excellently handled issues as they came up and masterfully completed the encapsulation. Very impressed with the leadership and communication from Anthony. He's very passionate and about his work and extremely capable of getting difficult jobs done.

For future customers, expect a few months to be able to get a similar job done. Steve H estimated the project and there were no hidden fees or surprises, we appreciate his work as well and the transparency in that process.

Gardner Kerin with Groundworks.com made me happy today. He responded to my request for an estimate for what I was sure was groundwater leaking through our foundation. He carefully assessed the situation and conclusively determined the water was from a difficult-to-access leaking sewer pipe inside the wall. He was polite, informative and did not try to upsell me on additional services. I would call Groundworks.com again.

In short, don't let them in your home. The sales rep came in, and after a one hour thorough inspection that included the crawl space, everything he said to me was purely to build pressure and get me to sign an expensive contract, overlooking the actual problems entirely.

Get this. (1) The work isn't necessary at all (half inch of setting). (2) Was way overpriced, as I got a better quote from a competitor for half the price (we are talking about 20k overpriced). (3) The suggestion wouldn't have solved the actual problem whatsoever, it was the foundation that needs additional support as the weight is mostly on the exterior of the home, not the middle. (4) It would have actually caused a lot of drywall and other issues where for example the kitchen counter would now be unlevel (5) He recommended a completely unnecessary and intrusive beam, when anyone with the slightest construction knowledge would see that there was no need for this beam in the middle of my stairs, as the supports run front-to-back (not side to side) and it is adequately supported already. (6) he tried to get me outside of my house to sign the contract because there is a no-solicitation cancellation clause that only applies if you sign inside your home (very sneaky of him). (7) He applied non-stop pressure and exaggerated the horror stories. (8) AND THIS IS THE WORST - he didn't even address or diagnose the actual cause of the settling, which was a very basic drainage problem. (9) I only called him in for an unrelated issue where there was a check crack, and he said it was a structural crack in the wood beam just so that I'd have him come in and look at my home and get his foot in the door (but of course, it was actually a check crack all along).

I called up a plumber and two 19 year old kids showed up and solved my problem with a drain scope in 30 minutes for $200. Problem largely solved.

I recently had some foundation cracks and was very worried!! Had a free inspection done with Groundworks and was very pleased with the service provided. Matt Herron did our inspection and explained the situation very clearly and what needs to be done. He was very professional and patient with all of my questions. I would highly recommend anyone with foundation issues to contact Groundworks without hesitation for peace of mind.
