This renting company took over my apartment complex at the end of November 2018 As soon as they took over they sent the entire complex a welcoming letter introducing themselves and gave us their contact information, after only two months of being new owners of the property they terminated half of the tenants lease notified us that we had 60 days and as of that notice they have construction workers entering units where tenants are still sleeping without notifications. The following week all the lower level apartments get a notice for a plumbing service the next morning for a leak that has mold on every units bathroom walls if they’re going to demolish a units floors,walls, windows, heater, cabinets etc. Shouldn’t both the New property mangers and the construction workers be a bit more courteous than
