After I applied, I never received email confirmation of an apication submitted or receipt for purchase. On top of that I had to call and reach out to the company to see if they received my application. Upon call I was told I was the only application submitted meaning I was the first. I made 100,000k on my bank statement but was still denied for the house. Even when I was the first to submit an application with all passing qualifications. I was told another application was chosen over mine because they made more. Keep in mind the home is only required three times the rent and the homes value was at 1600 per month. Just letting you know it's not a first come first serve basis they skip over and pick the application they feel are best.

I am very unhappy with this company. I submitted an application on Tuesday no one ever called to let me know they received my application. I had to call them. I called every day from the day I sent in my application to check on my app I was told by the leasing agent she is working on my application and then will need to send to owner for a answer and she will call back. Never received a call back until I called in on Friday for a follow up. Then I was told the owner declined the application. If you asked me, the application was pretty damn good to be declined. I think this company just quick on getting application fee money and keeping the money I will not apply with this company ever again.

I have used this company for just over one year. I have been very impressed with their attentive approach toward the entire process. The company is tough on its property owners in that they want to ensure that a tenant will be moving to a home they don't encounter problems in. They have also insisted on a certain quality in my home. As a homeowner, this means that I will end up with a quality renter. They have kept me advised of any needs to ensure that the tenant has what they expect from a property manager. I have seen a couple reviews where a tenant comments that repairs are not handled in a timely manner. As a homeowner, I can tell you that Greentree reaches out to you immediately regarding any needed repairs. Until they hear from the property owner, they cannot proceed. As for me, I prefer that the tenant know that I feel that they should not have to wait on me to get something handled (for instance, the heat was broken when the turned it on this year for the first time) and I approve those requests quickly. This has little to do with Greentree, as they are in a holding pattern until they get the nod to proceed. Reynold, Andrea, and the entire crowd there has been friendly, efficient, and a joy to work with, even in a challenging moment. I recommend this group to anyone interested in working with quality people.

Lived in a home that was managed by Greentree for 2 years and never had any issues. I did a walk through prior to move in and gave them my list of concerns, everything on the list was taken care of prior to move in. If the school district was better, I definitely would've stayed. The young ladies in the office are very nice and handle issues in a timely manner. Honestly one of the best property management companies that I've rented from thus far.

Greentree has been managing my property in Riverdale Georgia since 2017. Andrea who handles my account is very professional, any time there is an issue/concern she is on top of it for me. Since I am a property owner that live out of state, I depend on reaching out to her and Greentree to keep my property up tp date. When my tenants moved out and the property was vacant they knew my requirements, along with their guidelines and there was never any pressure to allow someone to rent that did not meet the guidelines. Their vesting process is a plus for me. I would recommend them as a management company. I look forward to continually working with them.

The best experience all around!! Greentree Realty made the process less stressful and pleasant. I would recommend them to anybody that's looking to sale, buy or rent a home. They were able to find me a home within my budget. I had no problems during the process. The staff is very professional. They were very informative of each step I went through.They staff is amazing and always nice through it all. I will continue to use them in the future to either rent or sale my home. Great firm! During the pandemic we needed a property management company for an out-of-state investment property and we couldn't be happier to have worked with Reynold and his team at Greentree. They listened to our needs and provided what felt like a tailored service to meet those needs. Plus, when it came time to dispose of the property, they flawlessly handled that aspect as well; everything from listing to closing. They handled absolutely everything so we didn't have to, which is exactly what we wanted from a property management company. Will definitely use again if we decide to purchase investment property in the Atlanta market again.
