Guardian has managed my property for the last 3 years and I have been extremely happy. They handle everything, including HOA shenanigans, and keep the owner in the loop with a user-friendly portal website. They are extremely responsive to owner queries. I’m about to move back into my house, but as soon as interest rates come down I’m buying an investment property and I’ll be hiring Guardian to manage it.

Excellent property management company. I've read some of the reviews and not answering phone calls is simply not true, I've been with Guardian for several years now and will say they are by far the best, most comprehensive management company I've ever utilized. Ana is always available to clarify my questions, Paul has never let me down and I feel comfortable calling Dannielle anytime to simply get her informed opinion on the current market.

They are friendly; the renter's application process was easy, and they gave a quick decision. They offered a concierge service to help set up utilities. After moving in, they sent vendors for each thing I found an issue with. They offer the convenience of paying rent online or dropping it off. I had a good experience through the move-in process.

All I will say is that everything La Ru said it’s 100% accurate. You don’t have to be rude at all but just direct in your approach. In my case after 1 made a slick accusation. I will say Danielle doesn’t like to be wrong or challenged. Paul was wonderful, renting process smooth, you’re not bothered at all, but when I had to advocate for something that occurred that was due to something that wasn’t taking care of, things went south. I’ll leave that there but I do want to thank Shannon and Paul for their help and the years we rented.

Been a tenant since late 2018, never had any issues, if something needs to be fixed or replaced it’s taken care of quickly. Didn’t get a ridiculous rent increase after pandemic like a lot of people. I always recommend renting or buying from Paul, Danielle, or any of their staff. Thank you for always taking care of any issues and being fair.

Guardian Realty is amazing. Danielle and Paul are true professionals. Please understand that, if they ever get a negative review, it's just because their job as property managers requires them to honor the law, the lease agreement, and the reasonable requests of their clients who own/rent properties. The angry ones are those who tried to screw over the landlords! Danielle and Paul are very kind, capable, and honest. 10/10 would hire!
