The campground is opened. A great group of volunteers has put in a lot of effort to get it cleaned up. Camp site pull ins have been leveled and regraveled. This is a pretty place. Since this is Memorial Day weekend, all of the Williams River sites are full and people scouting to see if anyone is leaving. (Not sure about Bishops Knob.) I got lucky and one of the volunteers had just stopped at Tea Creek to let the camp host know they were opened. $10 per night.

This is one of the most beautiful unused primitive camping areas picnic tables fire rings with grill lantern hangers and nice level grass covered camp sites. There is also several points of interest nearby. This campground has been closed by the state of wv. Hunting hiking and children's trout fishing is still available.

Nice area, but apparently only the area around the main pond is maintained. And by maintained I mean the grass is cut. They closed the campsites and took the trashcans away from the pond.

Bucolic, off the beaten trail, meaning not Alot of tourists types crowding the lake. Saw beaver, deer, duck within a few minutes of arriving.
