Jeff was an incredible help to my family in our time of need. I moved my mother out of her home of 55 plus years in San Jose into mine in Sacramento last year and then found it very difficult to do all the final things that were needed to get it rented. The house sat vacant for several months as I was so tired from the move. Being in a different city and being my mom’s caregiver didn’t help either. We finally engaged Jeff Spedding upon the recommendation of our long-time neighbor and friend. He immediately stepped up and lived up to his company name, Hands On Property Management.

Jeff helped finished the final clean out, oversaw deferred maintenance items that needed to be completed and even advised us on some upgrades to the home for prospective tenants. He then quickly found credit worthy tenants who are also taking good care of the home. Jeff has been an effective communicator with our family and the tenants throughout the process. His service level of service continues to be far beyond what I had expected from a property manager (and I have been one myself).

I highly recommend Mr. Spedding’s services.

When my wife’s long-term family home became vacant, we decided to prepare it to be rented. Since all of the relatives live over two hours away, devoting the time to clean and prepare the house became very difficult. Fortunately, we met Jeff Spedding and he offered to help us get it ready for market. Jeff and his trades people were a tremendous help as they coordinated and expedited the repairs and upgrades to the house. Once completed, Jeff coordinated the entire rental process and he found excellent tenants who are taking good care of the house. Jeff provided outstanding service and we highly recommend him for any property management needs.

Jeff Spedding was our property manager for 15 years and during that time he took care of the
things that needed repair quickly and professionally. We were very blessed to have Jeff as our
go to guy for any and all issues we had with the house he rented us . We have moved now but
will never forget how well we were taken care of by Jeff and his team.
