Pretty good. House is nice and clean. Lots of tvs. Wifi is fast. However, the game room just has board games. No billiards, ping pong, or other large games. There is a nice Xbox with a decent selection of video games though. The kitchen is stocked with supplies. The bay fluctuates between very windy and not windy whatsoever.
