I scheduled a self tour through website on Saturday. The key was missing from the lockbox and no one is available in the office to help gain access to the property. We drove hours across town to see the rental property for no reason since we were not able to tour the home. It also seems ridiculous that this company charges a mandatory $50 per month management fee, even if it does include rental coverage since I can get my own rental coverage much cheaper. Seems like owners trying to pass on the cost of a management company onto the tenants.

My only problem or issue with Harbor Property Management is that our time together was cut way to short. I truly enjoyed having a taste of class, professionalism, structure and friendliness. Always having the desire and main focus of keeping the tenants and owners equally happy and satisfied. I appreciate the immediate attention and help given when anything was needed, broken or questionable. Harbor Property Management was always honest, fair, and extremely polite. Also a very pleasant crew with great energy. Would definitely look forward to having a business rental relationship in the future. Thank you Scott and everybody that help make my experience enjoyable and balanced.

As a property owner, they failed in every aspect. They're very disorganized. Every time you call the last person you spoke with has been fired or quit. No continuity. Here's a shortened list of mistakes they made that cost me: failed to initially make ready the property (2mo rent), didn't switch over utilities with new tenant (late fees from utilities company), failed to use preferred vendor for repairs (unknown extras likely thousands), refused to do final walkthrough (still collected fee for final month), unable to provide tax information for 2 years running. They claimed it was some system error. It seemed like they have an invested interest in using certain vendors for maintenance. I'm not sure if it's a direct kick back or incompetence. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The apathy for their clients starts from the top with Scott and rolls down to the 10 to 15 different employees you'll be re-explaining every issue to.

Harbor Property Management was done an excellent job on renting our property. They have kept us up-dated on the process of renting and any repairs that have needed to be done. We have been very impressed with their professional manner.

Morning, the only thing that I can say is I thought more property management companies come by at least once every 3 or 6 months to check on tenants Apartments making sure that things are kept up and to I have requested for a member of your team to bring a key so I can try and back my Lincoln Town Car into the garage and if it does not work when I back into the garage than ok plus there is dog or human waste next to the meters of the garage that no one has come by to clean up those are my concerns not big complaints you have my number feel free to set up an appointment time and day when one of your team members Associates and come by so we can meet and I can attempt to see if my car can fit into the garage I appreciate you sending me this email and have a good day.
