The people who work here are fantastic and so helpful. I had a small survey job that needed to be done (I found them because they were doing a survey around the corner from us) and gave them a call. They took down my job details and when they came back with info, they let us know 2 different options that would be cheaper and faster, which didn't include using them. Their response was thoughtful; most other places didn't even respond since the job was so small. I would definitely recommend them or consider them again in the future.

Firstly I am hugely disappointed with the experience we had during our feasibility study. The response was very slow, I couldn't get in touch with the core team, had to do multiple follow ups, we had to go to their office to get hold of the core team and finally had to push our deadline for land purchase. Even the final report is not satisfactory. I was expecting detailed next steps and how harmsen could help in each of these (like subdivision process etc). This could have been a good opportunity for harmsen to take up this project and help us until the land development. But I am really surprised why there is no interest.
Initially harmsen might have thought that we are not serious buyers. But after many follow ups and initial deposit we made to start the process, the experience is still the same.

Overall I would rate as low customer obsession.

One Star is too many. They never called back like they said they would. Apparently they can not be bothered by individuals needing survey work.
Call "Geomatic Precision Systems". They are good people, no one is unimportant .
