Beth Harrington of Harrington Realty is an outstanding real estate agent. I highly recommend her. She worked so hard to help us sell our home. In particular, when the buyer's attorney raised objections with the warranty deed during the title search, Beth spent several hours at the town clerks office researching. The result was that our home sold on schedule and at a higher price than advertised. She doesn't give up. Thanks, Beth, for your hard work on our behalf.

I had the wonderful experience to use Ryan for a real estate transaction that on the surface looked difficult. His work ethic and energy allowed for us to find an offer much quicker than I expected. His expertise helped us overcome the obstacles that were part of selling an estate property. He handled every lead. He solved problems quickly. I felt I always had access to him for any questions.
