I have worked with Vickie Hart since 2008 when I bought my first house in FL. I was stuck with a not so good realtor but moved to Vickie Hart and realized what a difference a good realtor can make. Vickie got me my first house at half the price compared to what it was first listed at. Vickie taught me several things that have stuck with me over the years. She once told me that there is no bad offer. I believe this is what separates Vickie from other realtors. She was willing to put in her time and effort to write any offer that i deemed reasonable. She never told me that I am making an offer that is too low and wasting her time.

Vickie is very knowledgeable about the area and specifically the real estate. She knows the school system and various HOAs and their quirks. She managed to warn me about several properties where there were issues that were not obvious.

Since buying my first home, I bought several other properties with Vickie's help. Each time Vickie had the comps and showed me the properties. All the closings were done on time. I count myself very lucky to have found Vickie. Even though Vickie doesn't manage rentals, she did help me find renters for my property. I have always appreciated that.
