Love living here it’s so quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are nice and respectful. They have multiple monthly free activities for the adults and children which is amazing never lived anywhere that’s so hands on with the residents. Soap making, cooking, arts and crafts and a lot more. They really care for the complex. Staff and maintenance are always helpful and respectful. Everything is updated and just beautiful place. They keep the community clean and safe. Kids playing and having a good time. I’m glad we moved here.

This apartment is not what it appears! It’s dirty throughout the complex. The laundry area is so disgusting. How do they expect you to put your clothes in those machines with dirt around the top. The walk area around apartments have trash or DOG poop. They say they have maintenance… what maintenance. And don’t think the front office will help you. They ALL have such bad attitudes and I hate going to ask for anything.

This place is DISGUSTING with the appearance and how they treat their tenants.
I'm surprised nobody has sued....Yet.
Things break and they DO NOT answer the phone to come fix them.
We've literally been calling for 4 months and NEVER get a reply.
When we finally go to the office to bring it up and see if they can even be bothered they claim maintenance will be over to fix them...... THEY NEVER ARRIVED.
They've left letters in our door claiming we owe them 2,500$ when we pay our rent early.
We've literally been threatened with eviction after paying our rent on the 1st....
Luckily I spoke to a lawyer who said "if they evict you for paying rent on time they're getting shut down 🙂 "
Otherwise I might have actually paid their fake request for 2,500$
It's sad that someone probably actually paid them in fear of being evicted.
Lawyer up people. If they're not providing services they're supposed to ask landlords why should we pay rent?
Laws in California state that if your landlord do not care about the living conditions you can LEGALLY stop paying them rent and talk to a lawyer...
This place is shady, everything is is broken but they don't care about repairs..... They just want their money for these apartments that they don't even other cleaning or fixing..
Why pay so much for NO MAINTENANCE AND NO CALLS BACK?.....
I ALSO NOTICED they're not even using a real address for Harvest Glenn.....
This is the address for a random trailer up the street!!!! 😂😂
They have the actual building listed as "orchard heights" but "Harvest Glenn" is literally a trailer up the street.
That's BEYOND DECEPTIVE. One more shady thing they're doing.

Living wise: ITS OKAY! When we first moved in 4 months ago, apt wasn’t cleaned. We’ve had roaches since day one, I’ve done everything to keep it clean it’s less now but still here and there. Top neighbors sucks they play really loud music, maybe the only loud ones in our section. Everyone else is nice. Kids aren’t no trouble at all. Landry room, isn’t really kept up with. Trash everywhere especially when ppl eat out at the benches they leave all their scraps out.
Parking: HORRRRRIBLE, I got my car broken into. They didn’t steal anything just broke it. They have security but he only walks and he doesn’t walk the whole complex.
MANAGEMENT: I’ve only kept in contact with Aracely, and she’s literally the sweetest, never an issue when emailing her. She’s literally the BEST!!!

My stay in these place is great. Clean quiet and safe. Most of the time police checks the area, security guard is on duty at night. Staff in the office are friendly and nice. And maintenance crews are friendly. Overall am satisfied .to add personel always checks tenants welfare for concerns. Happy to stay in this place,

I've been living here for almost 26 years. The management team in the front office. Does not care about my daughter and I well being. My neighbors have been disrespectful going on two months. I've never had Any problems since I've been here. They putting things on my door. Running up and down the stairs. Slamming they door knocking my pictures off the wall. I can't get any rest. I thought they handled the music it's up loud. They smoke hooka. It's making me sick. Coughing.Etc Burning my eyes. The door slamming starts at 6am. And starts back after 5pm. When the office close. I can't reach not type of security. So I've been calling the police. Management sucks. Putting things on my door. And I'm looking right at them. Signed A mother and daughter living alone. With a apartment full of men Harassing us.... They apartment is 8 S. WE NEED HELP!!!!

The front of the property is always dirty with trash and around the laundry room all the time. There seems to be plenty of staff but no one is cleaning it up. Part in apts are left half broke. They lie about the tow truck not towing during the day. They have someone hiding out to call the tow truck if you park close to your apartment for 15 minutes to unload, which I think is wicked, I literally changed my shoes that were hurting and used the toilet and when I came back out the truck was gone, I didn’t even get to finish unloading. I was told by two different staff the Tow truck doesn’t tow during the day. And I never see them drive by to check like they should, while being hours outside. Someone calls them to make a few bucks of people who actually work. This is them right now parked in the handicap.
