We have had a great experience with Tyler Brenneman as our property manager for the past 3 years. Tyler is excellent in communication and is very diligent in following through on every detail we discuss. The whole team at Haven are excellent and we are very happy to have chosen them to list and rent our house. 5 stars

Well first off, this company doesn't help in anyway, always use the excuse let me check with owner. They are very discriminated if you mention housing vouchers, or low credit score. Offered more of a deposit but yet we've had perfect rental history for 12 years.
Then they say owner is exploring more options?
Guess they will miss out on having a loyal renters, that will appreciate their home like it's their own.

I would be careful on who you rent through this companies may look like they want to help you, but they will lie and take advantage of you just so they can make a name for themselves or to get that bonus.

Shame on you all for discriminating a family with a disabled son just because they have a housing voucher.

I have used Haven's services as a property owner for years. They have always done their job. Their infrastructure is up always and they are easy to reach. To best of my knowledge tenants are happy with them. I get good reports every year. And they respond to tenants and my concerns promptly. Price i pay is fair.

Did a tour for a des Moines condo this morning and it was a very refreshing experience. Scheduling tours & the application process in this industry has been very stressful. Thank you Tyler for being a genuine person & not just treating me like another person looking for a home. Im sure he deals with thousands of people but he makes you feel cared for. & thank you haven for having just processes. They do applications refunds, nobody does that!

I can’t say enough about how thankful I am to have worked with the property manager Matt Durden at Haven Property. One of the standout qualities that impressed me was his genuine consideration for the HOA rules and protocols when renting out my unit. Unlike other property managers I interviewed, Matt was careful to ensure everything was done in line with the HOA’s guidelines, and he worked seamlessly with them.

I had some challenging experiences with other property managers who were dismissive about working with the HOA, and even told me that if it became too difficult, they would simply stop working with me. Matt, on the other hand, was committed to finding solutions and working alongside me, not just managing things on his own.

Another thing I really appreciated was how Matt gave me the flexibility to be as hands-on or hands-off as I wanted throughout the process. Other property managers I considered made me feel like I had no say in any of the decisions. They were more interested in taking over and handling everything, but without fully considering how their actions would impact me financially.

Matt's approach was the complete opposite. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and valued my input. I never felt like I was being pushed aside or disregarded.

If you’re looking for a property manager who is considerate, responsive, and willing to collaborate, I highly recommend Matt. He’s made this whole process smooth and stress-free, and I’m confident he will continue to do the same for others.
