Joe Haydock truly goes above and beyond for his clients. I’m a first-time home buyer and he made the process as understandable as possible. He explained the process, all the documents I was signing, and what I should expect at each step of the process. My purchase was complicated by a few insurance issues on the HOA’s part and when my first lender could not preform, Joe had found one that was able to save the deal and close within 2 weeks. When I did close, we discovered the door was broken down and a fire had damaged the property sometime between my final inspection and closing. He stayed with me for hours to get this figured out, even getting me in contact with a contractor that could come out late at night to secure to property. Since then he has been fighting and advocating for me to get the property repaired and habitable as soon as possible. Joe Haydock is the best realtor, and knows the best people. I am genuinely honored to be one of his clients.
