To start, we were helping my 85 year old mother in law sell her home of 40+ years. Us, not having a clue about the entire process; i.e. power of attorney, reverse mortgages, the other family members that know best and multiple issues with the home. It seemed daunting and almost impossible that we would actually be able to get this house sold.

Additionally, as with most sellers, they're not only financially invested in the home that they are selling, but it's an emotional investment as well. With that, I am extremely grateful that Tina Lucas was our agent. Tina understood the connection that my mother in law had to the home, she walked with her from room to room, letting her talk about pieces of furniture or memories, helping put us and mom at ease.
