We recently finished up our partnership with Heather to sell our home of 25 years. This was a complex transaction as the decision was to split our property into three parcels to maximize the property value. Heather was meticulous with details and follow-up throughout the entire process which involved a lengthy subdivision process. She went above and beyond with understanding the subdivision process and coordinating communication among several parties, which included town officials, engineering, attorneys, three buyers and of course, us as the sellers. As we had relocated to another state, additionally she kept weekly tabs on our property from checking fuel levels, shoveling walk-ways and front steps, to overall stewardship in our absence.
