This was our first time building a new home, and at the outset, the prospect was daunting!
But, the Heffron Homes design team took us through each step, with well structured time to design the "dream".
It took us some time to commit to build. Dan was patient and had multiple meetings with us prior to signing a contract, and provided preliminary drawings and estimates of costs.
Once on board, Jacklyn and Olivia, the designers, worked with us to create the home we wished to build. The renderings, selections, color schemes, and continuity of a style throughout the home were brought to life with their presentations, suggestions, and ideas .
Each affiliated vendor was in close communication with the design team, which made the selections of plumbing, lighting, flooring, and appliances less stressful. Each vendor knew their area well and were great to work with. Responsive!
We have met many of the great people who worked on our home, and happily moved in a few weeks ago.
The Heffron team is in regular communication with us, as we work through the very minor "punch" list, and work toward the outside of the home and the yard being completed as weather permits.
We have a beautiful very well built home, with lots of natural light to enjoy for years to come. The Heffrons do not cut corners or take short cuts. It was a thoughtful process from beginning to now.
They are committed to building a quality home, and we are delighted to be clients.

Working with Heffron Homes is easy! They make the experience of building a dream home a reality. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, very professional. They covered every detail of what we wanted and more! They clearly put a lot of thought into building their homes and all the design details. The carpenters even watched our son during a walk through and had him try using a hammer and nails (with our permission). Great people and great quality craftsmanship all around! Still haven't heard back from Darleen! Make thousands of $ but cant take care of a $2500 central air unit they vowed me....horrible people, very unreputable COMPANY! I work with someone who also had a ton of issues with Heffrons on their new house!

Never buy a home from Daleene Heffron! I bought an older home in November 2016 that Heffrons owned. It came with a home warranty and thank god! Almost every appliance didn't work properly. When it came to time to turn on the air conditioning in spring that didn't work so again I called the home warranty people at UHP only to have them tell me it was a prior condition that happend before I owned the house. How they determined that is a wonder to me because it ran but didn't cool. It was a 1970 something Chrysler a.c. unit. So after the determination I called Daleene who said it would get taken care of. To this day I haven't heard back from Daleene or anyone for that matter. I had to pay someone to put in a new unit because Heffrons and the UHP people wouldn't cover it. What the heck is a home warranty for if they make up stuff so they won't have to pay and if it happened prior.... the seller should pay for it....so i have a seller who sold me house with supposedly working Air Conditioner but won't take responsibility for it!

Daleen....There was no way the inspector could check the air conditioner in November to see if it was working properly. It doesn't matter if it worked the summer before or not as it lost all it's Freon before the sale. This is just your way of not owning up to this issue. You just threw everything under the rug like you do with some customers of yours! I know someone particularly that has been fighting with you for a crappy house too and no one ever calls to remedy anything. Heffrons is a TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN COMPANY!!!!!! BEWARE!
