We are a couple in our late 60’s and a year and a half ago we decided that we wanted to sell our two-story Calabasas house and move into a one-story house in the same neighborhood. A friend referred us to Heidi and we are so glad that she did! Heidi was there for us all the way and was always available to answer questions or even just to listen to us about any matter (large or small) related to our quest. She is intimately familiar with the pros and cons of every Calabasas neighborhood, street, and model. She is infinitely patient in explaining the ins and outs of negotiations and real estate procedures. With our new house, we were so pleased that Heidi referred us to great professionals such as inspectors and contractors who made the escrow and the moving in phases so much easier. When it came time to sell our old house Heidi gave great advice leading to a fast (three weeks from listing to close of escrow) and profitable sale, all the while explaining each step of the process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Heidi Adams as my realtor!
When I decided to sell my property there was a lot of emotions tied to it as it was my mom’s home who had recently passed away. Heidi made the process as smooth and easy as possible! She knew the market for my particular property very well which definitely made a difference! She also had wonderful referrals from everything from stagers to someone to come help me sort through and pack up all of my things and my mom’s.

We chose Heidi as our agent as a buyer and chose her again for selling our home. Heidi gives you a realistic picture of the current market conditions adressing both positives and negatives and formulates a plan with you based on data and the current projections of the market. She has many years of experience interpreting inspection reports which came of great help to us during negotiations. Heidi has always provided timely feedback with us regarding the buying and selling of the same property. Communication was never an issue and is one of her many strengths in home buying or selling.
