Heidi Robinson is the personification of the ideal home buyers' agent. She was our guardian angel during the entire process. First, selflessly touring us to each home we thought we might be interested in, then, once we had made our selection, patiently standing by until we were sure that we were prepared to make an offer, then being our fierce advocate in all our interests and concerns, and finally helping us navigate through the endless trail of documents, paperwork and information required to become a home owner in Santa Cruz County. She had an endless network of experts she was able to call upon when we needed that, including inspectors and contractors. Without her we would probably would have never gotten to the finish line, and would not be the happy new owners of our beautiful forever home.

Heidi is your secret weapon when you want to find and purchase your dream property in this environment of multiple offers on houses for sale. I can not say enough about the value she brings to this real estate process. Heidi listened to what we were interested in finding-basically the " diamond in the ruff " we did not want someone that would just show us what was out there, we only wanted that rare deal that brings in multiple offers, fixer-uppers with good equity. Heidi zeroed in on just the type of real estate we look for, having listened and heard what we really wanted! Heidi then helped us actually win the property--multiple times! We have purchased properties with Heidi many times over the years. Her contacts and suggestions have been invaluable when faced with multiple offer situations. Most of the property we are interested in almost always have multiple offers, Heidi is the only reason we have successfully won the bids! Heidi will go above and beyond in helping you craft an offer that has the best chance of getting accepted. She also listens carefully to what your limits are in regards to the property and does not push you into a deal you are not interested in making. Heidi has a great list of contacts and can also make suggestions if you need help with your home once the purchase is complete too! P.S.
