What can I say, actually what can't I say. My wife and I have been represented by Heidy and her team 4 times, yes 4 times ; 2 sales and 2 purchases. If that does not let everybody know how good she is I will give some additional information. Speaking of information that is what we get, we were never in the dark Heidy always kept us in the loop. Let's talk about experience and expertise, Heidy assessed our properties and made suggestions to help maximize the value and make for seamless sales. On our purchase Heidy also got us a fair value on the properties we wanted, not once were we pressured or made to feel rushed, Heidy put us first. The last sale and purchase were extremely difficult, my father passed last year and my wife and I had decided to upgrade to a larger home to accommodate my mother living with us. With my wife being so gracious to welcome her mother in law into her home, we contacted Heidy, now talk about understanding our needs; Heidy not only got busy with our search but included my mother as she came from 3000 miles away. We found some houses that we made offers on but in this crazy market we didn't get accepted. One day Heidy called and said I found a house that fits your criteria, well low and behold we wrote, Heidy presented and we are moving in. On our sale Heidy helped me pick paint colors and carpets, and above and beyond helped me find a good painter and house cleaner. On closing please call Heidy like we did, she loves what she does and goes above and beyond. If we could give her 10 stars we would. My advice is to call Heidy Hurst first.
