Management team seems fine when a neighbor takes pictures of you in the parking lot. they asked if i confronted him, no. i am not going to confront my male neighbor for taking pictures of me. I had to look out my peephole before opening the door to make sure I wasn't outside at the same time as them. I had to resort to living in fear of the neighbor across the hall. Thank you, management team, for not being there to support one of your tenants when they reported unacceptable and down right creepy and stalker like behavior of another tenant.

My husband and I moved in January, and have loved it here so far. The management is very kind, and does their best to fix things in a timely manner and make sure you love your home. The landlord is out there sweeping the parking lot and fixing up apartments on a daily basis. Like any rental, there’s a few down sides. There’s no washer or dryer, the space is a bit tiny for the 1 bedrooms (but very nice), it’s hard to find parking at night on most occassions, and the neighbors get loud at night sometimes. Like I said though, we love it here and would recommend them.

We lived here for almost 2 years and loved it so much! It’s a great little community. Management is THE BEST! Maintenance (when needed) is always quick and awesome. We miss living here so much! Definitely recommend to anyone.

Units arent maintened well, poor electrical issues. My fuse box caught fire and i was without fire for over a week and didnt get any reimbursement or apologies. And continued to have issues. Management fluctuates and goes back on their word alot.

Only positive things i have to say is that their apartments are decently priced and the actual manager holly is good at covering the tracks of the rest of the staff.

Really dont reccomend living here. Poor neighborhood, poor staff, poor quality, poor renos, poor neighbors.

I've lived here 8 years. Super quiet, the managers are awesome, and it is super safe. I can leave my car doors unlocked and windows down and I have never had anything taken.

I love this place but if you're a lover of sleeping in and having peace and quiet in the mornings, don't move here. They constantly have companies doing yard work in the morning starting anywhere from 8:30am to 9:30am in the morning....

Visited a friend who lives here. When I walked in I was immediately hit with that damp moldy smell. Living here can’t be healthy breathing that in all the time. Told my friend to file a complaint with the State and move.
