I left as an extremely happy customer from this dealer. Jay helped my family and I with the car we were interested in. I did not expect to leave with the car that day, but I did! He made sure to explain everything to us in detail and answered any and all questions we had. We spent a good portion of the day with him and by the time we left it felt as if we gained a new friend. Walked into the dealership interested in purchasing a Cadillac Escalade V. I met Terrance(sales). He asked what I was looking for, immediately told me Hennessy charges 30k above sticker.
I sat down at his desk. I gave basic info. Terrance threw a post it note and pen on the desk. As he walked away he said, “ write down the SS# so I can get the payoff amount. This not being the first time at a dealership, I know that’s incorrect!

I did not have a good feeling about him. When he returned I said, “ Thank you for your time, but I’m good for now”. Acting like a 3 year old not having his way, he gets up and says “Aight then” and left me sitting at the desk. I was getting up to leave, but how dare you?
Funny enough, this was my second chance at giving Hennessy a try. First time was 3yrs ago. They seemed as though they weren’t interested in doing business so my husband and I drove straight to Lake Lanier Cadillac. I find myself in the exact place again. Currently sitting at Jim Shorkey Cadillac.

Our experience was great thanks to Jay Chung in sales and Kyle Shoemaker in finance. Jay was great. He was communicative, upfront and just a really good guy. My wife and I talked about him at dinner the night after the purchase and had really good things to say about him because we are family focused and Jay definitely has family as a priority. Simple connections can make or break a deal, and we connected with him easily and quickly so we felt comfortable with everything he said and did for us. And he stayed after hours until we drove off the dealership to make sure that we did not have any more questions before we went home. And Kyle was great because he connected us with a lender that got us a lower interest rate than our bank. I'm sure that getting a lower interest rate through the dealership will not apply to all customers but it worked out for us so my wife and I were happy. And I appreciate Sean Allen for making the initial introductions and listening during negotiations. Nice job guys.

It was many things wrong with the vehicle that they were able to sort out and get corrected so I can experience a wonderful safe driving experience with my new car purchase. We drove two hours for a specific car they had and it was well worth it! Matthew was very helpful in the buying process and helped us get exactly the car we wanted. The only negative to the whole experience was when we first walked in the receptionist was on her phone and ignored us. Luckily another gentlemen helped direct us to our appointment. I didn't catch his name but he was very professional and helped get us where we needed to go. Overall a great experience and highly recommend!

I came in to the dealership for an oil change and walked up to the manager and asked options about keeping my lease. He got me with the Professional sales consultant by the name of Terrance. Terrance explained the options and thought I would take another lease with same payment and also told me that gap insurance is included in a lease.
