Great start for my journey as an entrepreneur. I was welcomed professionally by Henry and everything was straight forward. After agreeing to terms and signing the contract, I received the keys to my office. It was quiet, well-lit, and comfortable. I was able to get a lot of work done with no disturbances from the other tenants/businesses. The ethernet was smooth and outlets were plentiful. Overall, a great experience as I became my own boss.

Per agreement, my contract was month to month, which was perfect as I soon became more mobile with my business. I emailed Henry with my intent to vacate and he respectfully understood. I went in one last time to see the place where I transformed into a businessman and Helen promptly refunded my deposit. I would recommend for anyone starting out to check out this property.

I have worked with Henry for years, he has always had the best service and always looks out for the needs of customers. There was a time we needed to expand our office and he found us one right away. And then, when our business expanded another time he tried to help us there too. Always friendly and kind. He looks out for the small business and wants the best for everyone. He not only is a great agent, he actually owns and manages properties on a daily basis.
Highly recommend this wonderful guy.
