I've been here 2 yrs and my rate is still the same as the 1st day I moved in. Last place I was at raised my rate 3 times in 6 months and the last 2 times without any letter or text or email, smoke signal, telegraph, nothing. Since it was on auto-pay they thought I wouldn't notice... I moved out that week. FYI it's that place on the frontage road between Ceres and Keys. I went from there to here and I haven't been happier with any storage I've ever had. The gates are open 24 hrs. You gotta enter a code, they're not wide open. I've known other 24 hr places to have all sorts of undesirable individuals running amuck. That's not happening here. This place is secure, clean, affordable, the staff is friendly, and communicative. Theres a free moving truck for new customers and carts to move stuff around once youre here. They also have bottled water, coffee, and snacks in the office... Oh, if you come here, tell them Jason sent you, because, yeah - they do referral credits too.

In April of 2022 my unit was broke into and everything was stolen Joe the (site manager) did not inform me of this until I call to find out why my lock was gone on 5/6/2022 he told me that he couldn't take his lock off until Monday 5/9/2022 but "not to worry when he shut and locked the door on 4/25/2022 everything looked fine" when I asked him about the security cameras he said they "recovered some video but you couldn't see much" when I went back to see the video first he said that "he couldn't show me the video" then he said he forgot to check the security vedio's when he put his lock on my unit.
So if you want your stuff stolen and Joe(site manager) to lie to you .......then Heritage Self Storage is your place!

Staff is absolutely understanding, and very helpful. I've have previous experiences with renting a storage unit with different companies, and I must say this Heritage Self Storage, Ceres Ca is my #1 top favorite. The units are secured, clean, wonderful staff, it's not just the units, the entire grounds of storage property is secured & clean and the "24 hr access" gives them more than a 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, times 💯, between my husband's and my schedules, and living out of town, we are have access to our storage late nights, or dawn peaking hours with no problem. 👍

Very friendly staff. Clean facilities . Feel safe when I go there by myself after the office is closed. Always remember this, "if your going to be late on your payment, call them.... Even if you feel like it's chum bucket time because your stressing out, just call. Or email them. They can't pay it for you, keep them informed, that's all... Trust me they listen, I know this from experience. You'll feel better. Thank you...

My storage company got bought by heritage self storage. I had this storage for over five years. Since heritage bought our storage my monethy payment has went up $50 In less than a year. They have my card on file and charge it every month but still charge me late payments for some reason anyway. They cut my lock and charged me for a new one because they wanted everyone to have the lock. Anything to get more and more money out of you. Save the headache and go somewhere else. This place is corrupt! Yes I know cost has went up for many things but as we know many businesses are just taking advantage. $50 in a year? That is a 35% increase? Inflation or greedflation? Heritage Storage in Ceres is greed for sure! I had my card on file and automatic payments set. They end up charging my card every single month. They just wait until after it's due and charge it anyway but with a $9 fee. If they charge it anyway why are they charging it late? This place is ridiculous. Save the headache because it is hard to move all your stuff just to have a storage raise the rent $50 a month in only a year. I have to do the work to move everything again just to get away from this terrible company. Seriously Don't do it. This used to be a great place before greedy Heritage bought it and cried inflation while they screwed over a lot of long time customers.
