This place is a hidden gem. I lived here for 2.5 years and enjoyed most things about this place. The office and service staff is very friendly, prompt and skilled. Neighbors are respectful of each other, there is no noise except the leaf blower (which they will reschedule in case of emergency). Campbell downtown is 2 mins walk and park is 5-7 mins walk. Trader Joe, Wholefoods and Safeway are close and some stores stay open till midnight.

Enjoyed living here for 12+ months. The apartments are simple, we don't have fancy appliances or hardwood floors but everything is clean and works properly. There is a lot of closet space which is super nice. The management team is fantastic. They help out whenever we need assistance. It is quiet and it feels safe. For the price we pay it is not a bad deal given the location is perfect for me. If I could change 3 things it would be to add air conditioner to the apartment, get wood floors instead of carpets and new kitchen appliances. So I am giving a 5 star rating mostly in consideration of the attentiveness of the management team, how clean and peaceful things are around here and for the prime location. If you are after a fancy apartment this is not for you but rest assured that if you chose this place you will be in good hands.
