I live part time in Palm Springs and rent a car each time I come. I've tried every agency and this has been the best by far! Nice new cars, super friendly service, no waiting time and fair pricing. Luis has been particularly helpful and is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

I rented here through the dealership as my car needed to be worked on. I was given a car that had the check engine light come on within a day and was given a new rental. I was then personally charged twice (“accidentally”) for the rental, even though it was paid for through the dealership. However, when I call the office, it’s almost impossible to get anyone on the phone as it just rings and rings. When someone did pick up, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes (probably would have been more, but I hung up). When in the office, the employees are nice, but I wonder if they may be understaffed.

I rented a car here through Priceline. They committed outright fraud.

On Priceline they offer “Suppliers Choice”, supplier chooses the CAR and even has a picture depicting cars. NOT BOX TRUCKS.

I called prior to picking up and was told they were going to give me a Kia Niero.

When I arrived they said we don’t have any Kia Nieros. Then they said your a Manager’s Special and that a box truck, but you can upgrade to a car for an additional $85 or $90.

Why should I have to upgrade to get what I already reserved and paid for?

Suppliers Choice or Manager’s Special are fraudulent bait and switch schemes.

I was renting a car and they knew that. If a box truck or some other type of a vehicle other than a car was being offered, it should have included those and not said “supplier chooses car” and should have included a photo of non-car options.

Literally tried calling their Cathedral office 10 times and nobody answers the phone. This place is a joke. Don't ever rent with Hertz. No customer service. No help at all. How can a company operate like this?

Great place to rent a car from! Super clean car like it should be, super friendly staff, super fast services, and the upgraded prices were great. Isreal was extremely professional, kind, and great at upsales lol. We ended up with a Subaru and for the price and the comfort we’re very pleased. Our new future rental place!

Hertz has always been a great rental car company. Clean cars, friendly service. It takes quite some time for my Delta frequent flyer miles to post to my account though. Sometimes it takes a couple of emails. Other than that I always enjoy renting from Hertz.

Rental Cars are a true danger to your self and others. The company or at least this location do not comply with rental car maintenance before releasing/renting the automobiles to customers. Brake pads at less than 35% remaining life, tires on level 2 out of 5 (showing metal tread in the insides), cars needed alignment. vehicles 2 out of the 3 three switched due to lack of maintenance. Unfortunately the only company in the Coachella Valley that is under the Uber Rental Program. A true living nightmare !!!

Very great service the woman at the counter is a sweetheart and makes you feel welcome. Great deals and I totally recommend them. Can't thank them enough after I had a horrible experience with Avis in palm springs. So thank you for an awesome suv for a great price
