Hidden Lake Condos Complex is a very nice place to live. I've rented
a 1 bedroom there for almost 5 years, since October 2019.

The grounds are beautiful and well laid out and maintained very wll. The buildings
are quiet and comfortable. I have great friendly and helpful neighbors.

The best part of Hidden Lake is the staff. The office staff are all friendly
and very willing to help whenever I called with a question or need.
But, the maintenance crew is exceptional and the
best I've ever encountered. They are all super helpful and nice.
On numerous occasions they have made extra efforts, way above their duty,
to help.
They keep everything running very smoothly and also keep the grounds
clean and tidy.
I think it is a very nice place to live. I've enjoyed meeting many other tenant
and enjoy all the adorable dogs too.

Hidden Lake condominium is a wonderful place to live. Even though I've only been here for two weeks the managers have treated me with so much respect. My neighbors are very friendly, and thay will speak if you speak to them. I find Hidden Lake a very pleasant and peaceful place to live I pray it will be many more years to come for me to reside here at Hidden Lake condominium.

I lived at Hidden Lake Apartments a few years ago. It is a great place to stay. Never had an issues and the customer service is amazing. I also felt very safe there. Quick shout out to Jordan, who was very quick and helpful. I accidentally had a package delivered to my old address and he was quick to recover it. He is amazing!

Living here has been great! I love living here! The families are nice, it is so quiet here, no noise but yet everyone is friendly and very respectful of each other and I love that. The amenities are wonderful and always unkept and I love that! The front office staff is great especially Ronna she is so super awesome and so great full for her working here we appreciate her so much! They have great programs for the pets and they take care of you and the pets. They always having a community outing that is awesome to bring together our community and get to mingle with one another. They always have food trucks come out to support them and us to support them! Living here is great and I’m so glad I can continue to live here and be happy! They are a great community to live in!

My initial intent after leaving my house was to stay at Hidden Lake for one year while searching for a better place to rent. I ended my search after 6 months. I have lived at Hidden Lake for 5 years now and still believe there's no better place to live in the area. The property is well maintained, the staff are very attentive and responsive to the needs of the residents.
In my case, I can no longer meet the physical challenges and demands of home ownership; and I am, therefore, grateful for Hidden Lake Condominium Rentals.

If there is rating less than one star I will definitely pick it without second thoughts,
Honestly speaking they have great and fast maintenance , office staff are accommodating as well
The down side, that they are masters on adding extra charges almost monthly , if not monthly they will eventually bombard you with a huge bill all at once for anything,
I found out that they transferred almost 1k balance to collection agency without making me aware about it, when I asked why they did that, claimed they called me and i didn't answer , of course after I reviewed I found weired charges with hundreds of dollars,
Regarding safety my car was broken right infront of the apartment and work laptop was stolen , another tenant's car was stolen at the same time , gates were widely open at that time for weeks before eventually they it got fixed and of course claim they have security in place .
I would never recommend this complex to anyone , definitely it's over rated
