I’m not a resident as of yet but, I’m currently living in St.Luke apts on Laburnum Ave and I’m not comfortable with having to roll out of my bed or dive into the bathtub bc they are having target practice outside. I keep a really nice & clean apt and I’m often complimented for it but, if I step outside of my door, it’s like living in an alley. I tried to keep the breezeway clean and keep a trash bag in the hallway. They come into other people’s hallway and make a mess. I do have nasty neighbors. I’m going to do an application TOMORROW 04-04-2025 bc anywhere safe is a step up for me. I spoke with Howard who was very professional and very helpful. I will be there with bells on tomorrow bc nobody should have to live like this.🙏🏽💖

I have been living in this apartment complex for over eight years never ever late on my rent. I was given a print out of my payment history. I clearly found a discrepancy and now I’m being given the runaround and told that I owe March‘s rent when I clearly have my bank statements and it’s also on the printout that they gave me showing that I did pay my March rent and the person in the rental office will not correct it or give me the information for Corporate. This is the worst experience I have ever Had.

There is no longer a property manager on-site, and the previous manager, who was excellent, is no longer there. Now, there’s only a leasing consultant in the office who doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing and frequently gives inaccurate information. On top of that, the maintenance man doesn’t appear to fix anything and spends his time driving around the property. This situation is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I’m not sure who is running this property, but it’s truly disappointing.

The leasing office and gym is always closed. I went at 10 am this morning out of curiosity and every door was locked. I saw two women whom I assume work there look dead at me and made no offer or attempt of assistance.

Don’t even waste your time with any property owned by LSA+!! The regional manager of these properties Amy Bullock is extremely unprofessional, so just do yourself a favor and dodge the stress! I have been complaining for years about a dryer duct situation I have been having!!!! Now to add the properties here at Highland grove were taken over by LSA+, about 8 or months ago now; and I have been telling them about my dryer duct situation ever since they took over the property, I mentioned that the dryer vent to the townhome is clogged and I have to dry my clothes 3 and 4 times to get them dry!! And that I’m on my 3rd dryer because all of the others have been burnt out because of this issue. Furthermore, the main office has been just brushing off this situation, and when I finally got in contact with the regional property manager Amy Bullock, I was treated very distastefully! I can’t believe this woman holds that position of a regional manager!
As a regional manager of a property that I am paying my money to I can’t believe she had the audacity to get a nasty attitude with me about a problem on their property!! This woman clearly does not know how to communicate in a high stress situation, as she became very patronizing and sarcastic! For a second I would have thought that I was talking to a child, not an adult and an adult in a management position at that! And there are also a few other women that work in that office that will speak to you in a patronizing manner; this place also lost my one of my rent checks and I had to go back and forth between them and my bank to prove that I had paid my rent for that month!!!! Some more training would definitely benefit everyone that is currently in that office besides Kim, she is about the only person in there that takes the concerns of the tenant’s seriously.
SAVE, yourself the extra stress and don’t even waste your time with LSA+ properties, I have never had to write a negative review to anywhere or about anyone but I’m this situation it was definitely appropriate because no one should have to deal with a situation like this or be treated in such a manner that I was treated at a place where they reside.

Not a tenant as of yet, but the application process has been painless and efficient and the service has been prompt and courteous. The atmosphere in the office is warm and inviting. Ms. Monique is very welcoming, accommodating and professional. I have not had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Diane personally but I hear nothing but good things about her. An overall pleasant experience.
I look forward to leaving a review as a tenant in the very near future! 🤞

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unprofessional, waste of time, & money. Didn’t process paperwork until 3-4 days later. The excuse given was “she forgot”. Throughout this process I’ve heard her say that very frequently. Didn’t communicate or provide information that was needed. To say you forgot to do something that is your job so much is not what a potential resident wants to hear. Claimed at beginning we could move would not give us a move in date but rushed to fill out application. Declined us & now we’re out of $100

I went in last week and did my application. Ms Diane was so nice and helpful and very professional. I'm being very patient as I know she is a busy woman but I call her daily for an update on my application and she always assures me that she is working on my app. So as of now I am patiently waiting with my fingers crossed
