Living here has been an absolute joy! The leasing staff is incredibly kind, professional, and always eager to help. The maintenance team is not only friendly but also impressively prompt in addressing any requests. If you’re searching for a well-maintained community in a prime location within Kitsap County, I wholeheartedly recommend the Highlands at Silverdale. It’s exceptionally dog-friendly, complete with a charming little dog park, and conveniently located near everything you could need.

We moved here right before Thanksgiving and was really excited. The application process was a little frustrating at times as we had some hiccups along the way, but Lauren was great and helped us resolve things quickly. Once we moved in, the place was exactly as expected with an open layout, high ceilings, brand new, modern, and overall just amazing. We have had a couple small issues since moving in, but management was able to get things fixed ASAP. They showed up on time, was respectful, and very friendly. We haven't lived here long, but are loving our new place and it's friendly people. Lauren the community manager was a big help throughout the process and was patient and kind with my million emails and questions throughout the process.

One thing we absolutely love is the location. It’s great, close to The Trails and many other essential areas. We’ve made great memories here and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend! Love our apartment!

The apartments are very nice! They are brand new and i absolutely love the way the look. It comes with full sized appliances as well. The office ladies are amazing and always do whatever they can to help us with what we need. I'm so glad I moved here.

I waited patiently for my apartment to be ready:-) and cannot be happier! I had my eyes on this community since the beginning of summer!! I love the location, I love the community, I love the apartment, which is modern and functional. The community manager, Lauren, assisted us with the lease and all the paperwork and she is absolutely fantastic!!! She is super helpful and always available. Cannot ask for a better manager:-)
Update: We have been living here for about 3 months now and everything is great. I wanted to add that the maintenance team is great! They take care of your issues super quick, in less than 24hr.
Also the property is dog friendly, which is a big plus for every dog owner! Here is my little fur baby at the dog park! He loves going there. It is a very clean area and has river rocks which works great to keep the mud away🙂

I absolutely love my new home! Cute little play park for my dog, tons of walking areas, and super close to grocery stores. Maintenance is really fast! Lauren was very helpful with our application/move in process. I recommend 100/10✨

We moved here during the summer, and it has been the perfect place for us! It's close to shops and groceries, while also being nicely tucked away from busy streets and traffic. The apartments themselves are the perfect size with awesome appliances both in the kitchen and the laundry spaces. The front office and maintenance crew are also extremely helpful and responsive to anything that might come up!

The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped, offering a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and filled with high-quality finishes. I particularly appreciate the large windows that let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The location is another huge plus – it’s close to shopping, dining, and easy access to major roads, making commuting or running errands a breeze.

The staff here is always friendly and responsive, and I’ve never had any issues with maintenance – any requests are taken care of promptly and professionally. Overall, The Highlands at Silverdale offers a great living experience, and I’m happy to call it home. Highly recommend it!
