DON'T RENT FROM THEM! HORRIBLE AND NO COMMUNICATION!!! We booked a home with them in April 2022, $250.00. We sent up our final payment in October. They never cashed our check so we started calling to make sure they received the check. Left over a dozen voice mails, sent emails and heard nothing from them. Found the house we put the deposit on available for the week we booked on VRBO from another rental agency. We called the rental agency and they confirmed Highway One lost the house and they now are the current Rental company. They were to refund us the deposit when they lost the contract to the home. Highway One never contacted us or refunded our $250.00 deposit. Can't get a hold of them and trying to put in a claim on my credit card to get the $$ back but it's been past 90 days and there is a huge process to receive our money back. Michelle is not a reputable business owner. So wrong to never contact us, refund our deposit or inform us the house we put a deposit down is not theirs to do anymore.

Stayed for three days in one of the ocean front condos. Loved it!!!!!! The folks at Highway One Rentals went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Every detail was taken care of, right down to a goodie basket full of neat things, such as candy, soaps, extra trash bags, even playing cards and bubbles for the kids!

Wow!! Does anyone really work here? No one ever returns your call to confirm reservation or if they have received your payment. I called 5 days in a row with no one ever answering the phone or returning phone calls. Also I emailed as well with no response!

Working with Michelle has been amazing! the place was rented was seconds from the beach, family friendly, and she was extremely responsive. I do recommend renting from this location.
