Hilary Davis is an amazing realtor. In six weeks, she created a comprehension timeline, gathered competitive bids on the home prep and staging and scheduled all inspections and contractors. She worked with us in choosing an optimal list price and she assembled a disclosure packet which impressed potential buyers. She also put together beautiful marketing materials. The open house was scheduled for the one nice day in the middle of a truly rainy season and she was able to get five bids in two days. She came over to our house at least 30 times during the six weeks and worked closely with my husband on all aspects of the sale. She was great navigating offers and managing the escrow process with excellence. She was always available to us and was very professional and yet very warm and personal.

Hilary showed me numerous places, not pushy & giving me time to think about what I would see. Getting me to see and go through all the possibilities and negatives.

One of the first places we saw, I was adamant, that I did not want it. Hilary just reminded me how close it was to work place and how it would work out for me and my dog, but I said, “ it’s not for me.”

Little did I know, after seeing places near and far, that I would eventually come back to where we started.
Before going into the contract, we checked the apartment from top to bottom, making sure everything was as it should be and if it wasn’t Hilary would make a list and go after answers. She also kept me involved/communicated with every step of the process.

Hilary was instrumental in getting us a couple of multifamily properties in Marin County over the past few years. She was driving the conversations with the inspectors (structural, pest, asphalt, landscape) and kept me well-informed of the positives and negatives of the deal focusing on my primary objective, cash flow.
