These trailers are run down and poorly maintained. There are too many eyes watching you and too many rules for visitors. Even as a 55+ community there shouldn't be so many rules for visitors.

Pool is decent but their bulletin board of rules needs a revamp. CPR poster is severely out of date. I dont believe this complex has the elders mind in but rather the dollar that flows in from the rented properties.

Will not be returning for any future visits.

I,v lived here for about ten years and it,s been a nice and quite ten years I,m 47 years old and I,m happy with the results of moving here and so would you if you moved here the h I l l c r e s t has a nice pool and a game room with a couple of billiard tables for more than enough people too play i know you be satisfied living here c u z I am.

I rent here only because I have too. You get what you pay for. Repairs are not made in a timely manner and are inadequate leaving you wondering if you should've just paid an outside repairman.
