Just a wonderful place to call home. If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful and secure place to call home. Hillside Glen is a must see. From having a washer/dryer, dishwasher and a fireplace to seeing the occasional bunny and deer. Close to shopping, schools and major bus route. The manager Ms. Johnson is stellar. She takes care of her tenants and gets issues resolved fast (day or night).
If you're looking for a apartment... Check out Hillside Glen...it's a wonderful place to call home.

This review is long over due! I was stressed beyond what anyone can imagine. Our family was moving to the Lakewood/Tacoma area of Washington state. I called around and even tried applying thru A real estate company that I had found on Zillow, needless to say the agent there just robbed us and then ignored my emails, calls and texts messages I was clear from the beginning anyway I found this property thru for rent! My god from the first phone call with Lorisa I knew this was it! This was going to be our new home. And sure enough she was their with me thru every step of the process of getting approved! I called her every day and she always answered was patient and very friendly. Thank god I found her and this property! We got approved while we were still in California I was extremely happy to have a place to get to on our big move. The apartment was super nice, cozy and clean. The neighbors don’t bother you and plenty of parking. I couldn’t have been happier and to this day for any repairs I text her and things get done in an appropriate and timely manner. I feel a relief to finally have found not only a great place to live in a neighborhood I feel safe in but also have a great Manager! That is very hard to come by.

My last review was a hack by someone. I've lived here at two different times in my life, once in 1997-1999 and now from 2014- present. Like every complex, it has its good and bad. Maintenance fixes things as soon as you tell the manager, no problems there. One of the downsides is, the lawn people come sometimes late Saturday afternoon or early Sunday morning. Other then that, I enjoy it here as much as I can.

Tried to find out more information about renting a 1 bedroom apartment. The woman I spoke to said she would call be back. That was over a month ago. I've tried calling and leaving several voicemails they do not answer or call back. I tried stopping by when they're open and no answer even though I clearly heard people talking. How do you rent from a place that never answers?

I appreciate HG Apartments! What had me was when maintenance came late at night to service an unfortunate water leak. I’m talking carpet cleaning service and all! Not too mention the kind onsite manager! I recommend this location!

Trash everywhere, along with over flowing trash and recycle bins. They keep raising rent and the quality of the place continues to decline.
