In brief, I would say that HIN Property Management is an honest transparent trustworthy agent. Before HIN, I had used other two property management companies at bay area, I am not going to list their names here, but my experience with them is bad, they take your application fees but is not transparent for the application process, not telling you the detail of application, the only promise is that if you do not win the application this time, and you do not need to pay application fee next time if you apply another properties listed under their management website, unfortunately they do not have few listed properties at all, so basically if you applied and your money is gone forever. I can take the result if my bid has been taken care of fairly or transparently. Unfortunately, it had not happened to me.

But when I met HIN, I talked to HIN Charles Hin, he explained to me frankly, and tell me exactly how HIN will handle your case, and he is honest and responsible, the result is satisfied obviously. SO, I will definitely recommend HIN Chales HIN to you, no matter you rent or buy or sell, HIN will make you feel happy.
