If you are looking for the best realtor in Big Bear, you found it in Steve Hirschler and his staff. We owned a home in Big Bear in a gated community, which needed just the right buyer (full-time) as the HOA did not allow short term rentals (VRBO, AirBnB, etc.). We had listed our home in early 2022 with a different (very popular) real estate agent in BB, with dismal results. We ended up taking it off the market at that time. We listed again in June of 2023 with Steve Hirschler and within 30 days we were in escrow for the sale of our home. We completed escrow within 3 weeks. Steve is an expert in the Big Bear real estate market, he is dependable, flexible, fair, and honest. He was available and responsive within minutes when we had to contact him.
