For reasons that are too personal to go into, Historyland Memorial Park and Arboretum has a very special place in my heart and it always will. It is beautiful, serene and immaculately maintained.

Emily assisted my family during a period of the most profound loss we had ever experienced. She patiently worked with us during the decisions we had to make during our emotional devastation in 2023–in fact, given the rawness of my grief, it has taken me a year to write this review.

Today, I paid my respects and each time I visit, I know we made the best decision for our LEGENDARY and BEAUTIFUL loved one.

If you are looking for an eternal resting place for you or your loved one, I encourage you to visit and see for yourself.

Stopped by to pay respects and saw there was a Grief Trail. So in addition to the nice grounds, there is this 1/4 mile path through the woods that has plaques describing the 5 stages of grief. There is also an attached pet cemetery.

Beautiful local memorial Gardens! Emily provided excellent, professional service. She was a good listener, and she gave us clear detailed, information that was easy to understand. She went above and beyond in assisting us in this difficult but important planning decision! So thankful we were able to pre-plan for our future arrangements with Historyland Memorial Gardens so the burden will not be on our children. The grounds are beautiful and we especially love space we chose near the woods where the Grief Trail and the historical monument that was preserved.

Historyland Memorial park was wonderful to deal with during the recent passing of my father. Emily was courteous, kind and very informative in every aspect. The park itself has been maintained nicely and we feel that we have made the best decision for our family. During hard times it is very apparent that the staff at Historyland really cares about their clients and will go above and beyond to make the experience as comfortable and seamless as possible.

History Land Memorial Park was great to work with. I obviously wish it was under different circumstances, but Emily was fantastic. She was sensitive to our loss, remained professional throughout the process, and made the experience as easy as it could be for what it was. She even came out on the afternoon of the burial to pay her respects and ensure everything went accordingly which was very much appreciated. Two weeks later, she called to check in and see how we were doing. I hope it's no time soon, but I definitely would work with Historyland and Emily again, and I strongly recommend them to anyone in need of a memorial park/cemetery.

My Family has receives the most professional support from History Land's Consultants for 20 + years. Since 2002 when we had to bring our grandmother to her final resting place, the History Land staff was very helpful and kind during the entire process. The family felt we were given honest information to make final arrangements during such a difficult time. We absolutely called back when we need History Land again, and again for several immediate family members. Although we have worked with several different Consultants we have nothing but positive experiences and praise for History Land. I've been thinking of making pre-arrangements for myself.
