H&M manages our 14,000 SF mixed use retail and professional office complex in Prosper, and has done so for the past 2+ years. Management companies should, I believe, be evaluated based on their responsiveness to owners and tenants, on the time it takes them to identify a problem, formulate a solution, get the owner's approval for the approach they feel would work best, and implement that solution. A part of that is their effectiveness in selecting vendors as well as dealing with myriad other aspects to the job. H&M has consistently done a solid, competent job in all areas and are pleasant to work with. What more could one ask? I give them 5 stars.
