Least communicative landlords ever. There’s no follow through, and they push things off hoping you’ll forget about it. Not very pleasant to work with either, they’re just *that* kind of landlord. Like they got into it for the money not knowing how to run a business and are already burnt out and don’t like tenants no matter who who they are

This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever done business with. They stopped by unannounced to work on the property and won’t return phone calls. If you read the reviews the renters give horrible reviews as a whole. I will never do business with them again

0 stars honestly. Currently having to move in a short times notice because they have “major repairs” to do and it could take months. Yet we would’ve been fine living where we are. Now I’m not even getting my application processed for another property through them because of a “current situation”. I don’t even know what that means because I got told and got a notice stating they just have stuff to do here and can’t have anyone living here while they do it. I won’t even get an answer what the “current situation” means. I don’t know why it’s such a hassle to get in touch with anyone in this company. It seems like they favor others and don’t care about the other part of tenants. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Even if they’re desperate for a place.

They do not use legitimate sources when conducting their background checks. Said I had two previous evictions when I did not. I’ve only had my name on two previous leases before my current one, and was not evicted from either property.

I even went to have a background check done for myself and found no evictions.

So be wary.

One of the worst experiences in my life. Constantly having to call multiple times to get property manager. Zero attention to detail. I’d rather live on the streets than have to deal with someone like Kevin and the properties he represents.

He is responsive to communication, takes care of tasks without needing to be micromanaged and works in a professional manner that has surpassed my own expectations. Don't recommend at all they are showing a property with black mold and play it off as nothing. If you are friends with one of the mangers they let u bypass the application process. Which is unfair to others that apply.
