I had a great experience buying a new F-150 from Hoblit. Big thank you to Justin and Robert in sales, and Zach in finance, for making this a super smooth and efficient process. After valuing my trade in and settling on an out the door price for the new truck, Justin collected my information over the phone and prepared all the necessary paperwork. When I arrived at the dealership all I had to do was sign on the dotted line and I was on my way! We had a great car buying experience at Hoblit Ford Colusa. Isaiah and Brandon were great to work with. They helped us find the vehicle we wanted (color & options) and trade with another dealer to get it.
We have purchased many vehicles over the years and this has been the best experience by far. There was never any pressure to buy the car or add items during the paperwork process.
Once the vehicle was picked up from the other dealer, it was detailed, filled with gas and delivered to our home. That is quality service!
I we ever need to purchase a vehicle again, we will be going to Hoblit!

I took my son's car in and hoblit had it for almost 3 months. The advisor Hector never called me for weeks. I would always have to call him and I never got a direct answer. I felt like they kept putting my car in the back burner like it wasn't a priority. They finally found that the camshaft needed to be replaced so they informed me that they would take the whole engine apart to do this. We got the car back on Wednesday, took it straight home because the tags are expired. Didn't touch it on Thursday. Friday started it up to drive it to the store and noticed that the check engine light was on. I called the new advisor that I have Andrew and informed him that the check engine light was on Monday. He told me to bring the car back in to him. Tuesday Tuesday morning my son goes to the car to start it to take the girls to school and it made a loud noise. It shook fiercely like as if they were on some type of carnival ride it was shaking back and forth. It sounded as if bolts were loose and clanking together forcefully and then sounded like it might have blown something. Hoblit just picked up the car for us to look at it and my fear is that they're going to try to say it's something else wrong with it and we're going to have to pay more money when we just paid them $6,700. T he car did not have a check engine light on prior to them touching the engine. Bottom line is it wasn't fixed properly, in fact it is worse off. Something is definitely wrong with the engine now and I hope that they will be honest and do the right thing.
