We had a great experience with Hoffman while finding a rental. They were quick to respond and very helpful. I’m not sure why there are negative reviews saying their application money was taken because this company refunds your app money if you don’t get a property, they must have just not asked and got mad about nothing. Fair prices and nice properties. Thank you.

I just submitted an application with hoffman realtors a few days ago. They got back with me really quickly. Although I didn’t get approved for a rental property with them I would really recommend them. Danielle was super helpful,very knowledgeable and just a sweetheart wish me luck on my search ?

This team was great to rent from. When my A/C went out in the middle of summer they had a maintenance person at my house to fix it the very next early morning after I called. When the fridge went out they brought me a new one before my food spoiled. Tornado knocked a hole in the roof, they fixed it quick. I have countless examples but they were always there for me. When I left that rental house they didn’t take advantage of me with the security deposit either! I’ve been renting my whole life (I’m 34) and this was the first management company that really treated me like a human and really went out of there way to make sure me and my family were taken care of. Highly recommend!!!

These guys are amazing. They were always professional and friendly to work with. David went above and beyond to help with any issue and the whole team was always quick to take care of things. I absolutely LOVED the house and it was the perfect home when I needed it. The maintenance teams were always fast to respond and did a wonderful job. The staff is very friendly and amazing. I've not yet rented from them and not lived in a good neighborhood either. Lastly they aren't strangers to life happenings and are willing to work with you in personal situations. It's a beautiful thing to know that the people behind the desk actually care.
