I had an amazing experience being a tenant and renting an apartment unit from Holley Property Management in Venice Beach. Keith is a professional, compassionate and proactive Property Manager. The application process went smoothly and even had a super flexible move-in too! Each vendor they sent to my apartment unit when a concern needed attention was also professional and caring. Any communication involving the building and other tenants, Keith handled with class and respect. He always checked in with me and I always appreciated hearing from him even when I wasn't expecting it - because he cares! Anytime I called the Office they responded to me ASAP. You will be in great hands renting from this Property Management company which is not always the case when it comes to renting in Los Angeles. I had to leave my apartment due to personal reasons - and Keith handled the matter in the highest caliber manner which really impressed me. I will refer all of my friends and family living in the Los Angeles area to rent from HPM if they ever are a tenant as they are an extremely reputable company to both Landlords and Tenants. Holley Property/ Tim Simpson was fantastic to work with. Holley always promptly made any requested repairs. They also were very honest during the move out process and in returning my security deposit. I had a horrible experience with another management company in LA where they were incredibly dishonest and made a bunch of bogus charges after I moved out. the LA housing market is tough but HPM has been great to work with. I was so lucky to work with Tim Simpson - he is just the best! He's so responsive over phone and email and always has your back. Would gladly work with Tim and the team again for my housing needs. Plus the units are comfortable!
