The first friend I made when I moved to Hollister was Maria from Hollister Rental Property. She listened very well to my needs and limitations and found me the perfect rental right away. The leasing process was easy, efficient and professional.

Later, when I had to move again because the homeowner was moving back in, she already had exactly the right place in mind, even before I asked. Hollister Rental takes the time to tailor their recommendations to your needs and keeps you in mind throughout the year.

My son and I have been very pleased with Maria’s and Ginger’s responsiveness. Maria even went the extra mile when I requested that they should use a different plumbing service for me due to an unusual circumstance. ( I had an issue with the other plumbing service when I lived somewhere else because they were dishonest.)

Maria has been very accommodating and professional. She and Ginger have made renting easy for me right from day one.

Rented an older property from these guys who refused to take responsibility for faulty wiring. They thought that a $1500-$5000 per month PG&E bill was normal....It was under 1000 sq. ft. I could have bled power to all my neighbors and asked them to leave everything on for a month and barely scrape that kind of bill. So we had to go bankrupt off just four months of PG&E - Thanks Marilyn & Hollister Rental Property!.... Never again.. Do yourself a favor and don't bother.
